Birzeit University Friends Association and Al-Quds Bank Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Implement the “Career Empowerment” Program

Ramallah – Birzeit University Friends Association signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Al Quds Bank in support of the Association’s “Career Empowerment” Program, which aims to prepare students and graduates for the labor market through professional training, practical experience, and career guidance.

The agreement was signed in the presence of Al Quds Bank CEO Mr. Mohammad Shawar and Chairwoman of Birzeit University Friends Association Mrs. Nisreen Hidmi Masrouji, along with representatives from both sides, reflecting the importance of cooperation between the private sector and civil society organizations in empowering Palestinian youth.

Through this partnership, Al Quds Bank will contribute to the program by providing professional mentorship, sharing practical expertise, and supporting activities that help students and graduates develop the skills and experience required in today’s job market.

Mrs. Nisreen Hidmi Masrouji praised Al Quds Bank’s support and emphasized the Association’s commitment to building strong partnerships with companies and institutions that contribute to creating meaningful opportunities for students and graduates.

Mr. Mohammad Shawar expressed the bank’s pride in supporting the program and reaffirmed Al Quds Bank’s commitment to initiatives that invest in Palestinian youth and support their professional development.
