Ramallah – Birzeit University Friends Association (BZUFA) and Electra Control Systems have partnered to launch a career-readiness program targeting students and recent graduates. The agreement was signed by BZUFA Chairperson, Ms. Nisreen Hidmi Masrouji, and Eng. Sari Abu Saada, representing Electra Control Systems.
The initiative aims to bridge the gap between academic education and the professional world through internships, mentorship, and hands-on training. By immersing participants in real work environments, the program enhances their skills and aligns them with evolving market needs, while also contributing to building a qualified talent pipeline.
“This collaboration represents a vital connection between higher education and the private sector,” said Ms. Masrouji, emphasizing the importance of equipping students with practical experience prior to graduation.
Eng. Abu Saada noted that the partnership reflects Electra’s commitment to empowering Palestinian youth and supporting their professional growth.
BZUFA expressed its appreciation to Electra Control Systems for this partnership, which opens new opportunities for Birzeit University students.
The agreement establishes a long-term framework for collaboration, aiming to promote professional excellence and innovation among the next generation of professionals.
